Overview:

Youth Impact Ministries Inc. on the island of St.Kitts is led by Nigel Browne, President and First Director, and by Janet Meloney, Director for the island of Nevis.

In keeping with the general guidelines of the network with respect to its mission and purpose, each island is free to implement its own strategies in order to fulfill the mandate and accomplish the mission statement. Directors are to maintain an open line of communication for the effectiveness of the team and the overall operation and enhancement of the ministry.

With the consent of the majority of the team members, the Directors reserve the right to make necessary adjustments or amendments to the administrative operations of the organisation as directed by God's Holy Spirit.
